Parish Council Meetings
Antony Parish Council consists of six members. It has one employee, the Parish Clerk. The Parish meetings are held in Antony Village and Wilcove Community Hall on an alternate basis, usually each 6 weeks.
The Annual Parish meeting is held before the main Parish Council meeting in April whilst the Annual Council meeting is held before the main Parish Council meeting in May.
Members of the public are most welcome to attend any council meeting and can speak to the council about an agenda item by giving the Clerk notice of their intention to do so prior to the meeting starting. Time for those wishing to speak will be allotted either at the start of the meeting or during the meeting at the Chair’s discretion.
Matters deemed as not being in the public interest will be discussed in a private session during which members of the public will be excluded.
Members of the public are able to examine the details of any planning application that is on the agenda to be discussed for the 15 minutes immediately prior to the meeting start time, but will need to give the clerk 24 hours notice of this request.
